The cheapest way into every robot sector (2026)
Answer first: the cheapest commercially available robot with a public price in each sector we track is listed below. Where a sector shows no entry, its vendors sell by quote or subscription only — the honest answer is "no public price exists."

What the entry prices say
The spread is the story: consumer sectors have collapsed to appliance prices while industrial sectors still trade in contracts. A capable robot vacuum now costs less than a phone; a humanoid research platform costs as much as a small car; and everything between — mowers, pool robots, spray drones — has a genuine sticker price for the first time. Where no public price exists (warehouse, delivery, most of medical), that's not our data being thin: those vendors price per project, and we say so rather than inventing figures.
Prices were public at each robot's "last verified" date and move often — treat them as anchors, not quotes. Full availability table: robots by commercial availability.
